OPEIU President Michael Goodwin says his union is offering access to health care, discounted prescriptions, towing services and other benefits for just $52 a year. The plan is being rolled out here in Las Vegas in an effort to attract 2,000 taxi drivers to the OPEIU. These drivers are already represented by the union but aren’t members in this right to work state. Doug Cunningham spoke with Goodwin on December 16, 2010.
